DIY Hobbit House

For those wanting to live in a green home that do not have the time to build it from scratch, Green Magic Homes is offering a pre-fabricated eco-friendly hobbit house.
The Green Magic Home (GRM) is made from fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) and is intended to be covered with earth, dramatically increasing the homes energy efficiency. According to GRM, the hobbit houses “are weather resistant, non-corrosive, non-toxic, fire resistant, and produce no emissions.”
The modular components of the home are manufactured at a GRM facility and can be assembled on site in less than three days.
